Is the birthday child counted in the guest count?
Yes, every child aged one year to nineteen years (1-19) is considered a guest
of the party. This includes the Guest of Honor and any siblings of the guest of
honor. Since we do not personally know who you have invited, we suggest
providing a guest list; otherwise, we have to use the honor system.
Do you offer goody bags? Yes, goody bags can be purchased for $5 a guest.Do you have character-themed parties?
Yes! You may choose one of our themed settings for $1 more per
guest. We have PRINCESS, CARS ®, BUZZ LIGHTYEAR ®, Pirate, High School Musical®,
and Batman®. While supplies last.
Do I get more pizza when I add guests to the party?
If you can inform the host of the extra pizza needed during your confirmation
call (usually 2 days before the party), and not the day of the party, this can
be done. Otherwise, getting your additional pizzas out with the ones that
come with your package cannot be guaranteed and in some cases, may not
possible..Can I add tokens to my package?
Yes! For every $1 in tokens you purchase, you get 1 token free. Tokens
must be purchased through host: discount does not apply to tokens
purchased via machine or the front check in counter.
What about the cake?
You may bring in your own cake as long as it is in a box, plastic traveling
container, or covered with plastic wrap . There is a $50 fee for this which is
built into the base packages.
Can I bring my own food?
Sorry, you may
not bring in outside food.Are there any discounts available?
Yes. Join our Birthday Rewards Club and get party discounts that are only
available to club members.
Are party invitations and thank you cards available?
Yes. Each postcard is 50¢, and the thank you cards allow your party guests
to come back to our facility another day for half price!
Do I have to leave the facility after my party ends?
NO, you may stay and play until
closing, we just need to clean out the room so that we may reset for
our next party hour.
What information should I tell my guests?
Well, if your guests have never been here before, or if it's been a while, we
suggest reminding them that socks are required for play and that we suggest
athletic style shoes for the rock wall.

Yes. We have an assortment of party trays available. Please check out our
